ICB Courses distance learning
Studying ICB courses distance learning means that you can keep working while you study. We know that many students need to study while they work. This no only gives you the money to help pay for your studies, but you also get work experience at the same time. Many graduates battle to find work after they complete their studies as employers are unwilling to give someone who has never held a job before a chance.
All of our courses are offered through distance learning. That means you can study our Junior ICB Bookkeeping Courses through Home Study, as well as any of our qualifications. Here you can see a full list of bookkeeping courses through correspondence learning that you can study at TWP Academy.

ICB Bookkeeping Courses
The most important thing you need to understand about ICB Bookkeeping qualifications is that if you study a Financial Accounting Diploma you will actually gain 4 qualifications by the time you graduate with your Diploma. You start at certificate and make your way subject by subject to the diploma.
We specialise in the ICB Bookkeeping courses, though we offer a wide range of qualifications. In the ICB Financial Accounting qualification you start out with the basics with the ICB Junior Bookkeeper course. This teaches you the basics of accounting, and after 4 subjects you gain your first qualification. This means you can start to look for a job in bookkeeping very early in your studies, as this phase can take you as little as 9 months if you study consistently! Remember, all our courses are through distance learning, so you are encouraged to work at the same time. In this way you will be able to afford fees, and you will be getting work experience to improve your career prospects.
Next you will study the ICB Senior Bookkeeper qualification, which you receive after studying only two further subjects. Gaining a position as a junior bookkeeper while you study your senior bookkeeper qualification means that you will be putting your skills into practice, and also gaining much needed experience so that you can progress your career much faster than if you were studying full time.
You need to understand how to register with ICB when you sign up for an ICB course. ICB registration has many different elements. From registering for the first time on the student portal, to registering for your annual membership and exams.
Our ICB registration pages will explain in details what has to be done, when to do it, and how to do it.

You will need to pay an annual ICB student Registration fee, which must be paid directly to ICB. You will also need to pay your exam fees directly to the ICB.
